Mechanical parts

Cnc machines and highly qualified personnel carry out turning, milling and boring works on basic mechanic components to prepare them for the following steps. The current allocation of the equipment is as follows:

• Horizontal machining centers with two 500x500 pallets, labor camp cube 800x800 h. 630 and a warehouse of 80 tools;
• CNC horizontal lathes with driven tools and tailstock controlled by CN, maximum diameters lathes 430, maximum length 850;
• CNC horizontal lathes with driven tools and tailstock controlled by CN, maximum diameters lathes 300, maximum length 2000;
• CNC milling machines with fixed bench, operating range 750x1800 h. 650, equipped with probes to copy and its tool path processing program for the construction of sheet metal molds, both derivable from that by mathematical models.

All the machining programs for the aforementioned machine tools operated from an external PC station.
