Control & Certification

Each product is tested and checked during various phases of the production process according to the specific requests of the ISO 9001-2000 norm procedures, which are carried out following each production phase to guarantee a suitable quality standard. The use of certified and calibrated instruments completes the use of three-dimensional machinery which produce reports on the production underway, substantiating the measurements for the certificates. Axles are subjected to workbench cycles to test their entire performance. The authorization to release the product to be delivered to the final client is issued only at the end of the control process.Our axle with brake drum, have got the omologation by TUV Istitute Germany.
