Welding

All components to be welded are placed using jigs, which yield in perfect interchangeability. Welding is done using electronically controlled generators of up to 600A to guarantee homogeneous and repeatable production. The department has available:

• Continuous wire welding robot enslaved with rotary tables and double workstation;
• Continuous wire welding machine connected to rotary positioners:;
• Continuous wire welding positioners connected to cradle;
• Manual welding stations..

The equipment needed for the execution of the special welds designed and built in and are cataloged and managed in modular shelving that allow a rapid withdrawal safely. The assemblies by welding are performed on particular products in sheet Molding Department and then with the same is closely connected.
